This is the place where you can personalize your profile!
But, how?
By moving, adding and personalizing widgets.
You can drag and drop to rearrange.
You can edit widgets to customize them.
The left side has widgets you can add!
Some widgets you can only access when you get a premium membership.
Some widgets have options that are only available when you get a premium membership.
We've split the page into zones!
Certain widgets can only be added to certain zones.
"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!
Now go forth and astound us all with your devious profiles!
Yea, babe. One of the best methafors on the human condition I ever seen ! I put it at the side of the Kubrick's 2001, as a composition, a portrait for the condition and the desire of superation, like happens in Nietzsche. So, in Kubrick, the humility, the need of. In BR, the effort with all nuances only to just for live or to love. The freedom after the destruction. The evolution, the rebelty also from the creator, which is murdered by the institutional parasites. Great, great, great
Sorry that reply took me so long, was busy... kinda
I totally agree with you on Blade Runner, the film is somehow unique not in it's message but in the way it is delivered. I still return to it finding new elements never spotted before. Especially now since I got the 5 DVD edition wich contains Directors Cut, My favorite old cinema version (one with Dekard's monologues and toughts) and the Workprint wich is completly different from final movie Great, great piece of art.
As for Kubrick, my favourite study of human nature in his vision (also based on book like BR ofc) is Clockwork Orange. Completly different expirience yet again... unique.

The pen is mightier than the sword. But a well-aimed typewriter packs a pretty good punch too.
